3. Shipping Outside of North America & the European Union

4. Rush Shipping

   
   For Express Shipping, please see rates given in the shopping cart. Our regular shipping times (non-express) are approximately 10 business days within continental North America. For EU locations delivery times vary but delivery within 14-18 business days is normal. Please Note: We cannot and do not guarantee delivery times as they are affected by factors beyond our control such as delivery backlog, weather and customs delays.

   Shipping to PO Box Addresses / Third Party Addesses

   Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for extended delivery times to or any losses arising from delivery to PO box addresses or those with requested delivery to a third party address (i.e. an address that is not your direct home / work address).

   We ask that an alternative delivery address be provided other than a PO box. If the customer provides a PO box as the delivery location they accept any delays or loss of packages arising from delivery to this post office box.
