All products are inspected prior to shipping, but customers have 48 hrs from receiving the shipment to notify us by e-mail or phone with any defects found in products.
If you find a fault please contact us and a returns code will be issued for you to note on your return. Any products returned without a return code will not be refunded. Products are to be returned at the customers expense and customer will receive full credit for shipping once the defect is confirmed.
All returns must be in their original packaging with a note clearly stating the defect found in the product & the returns code.  All returns will be replaced with  fault-free product or a store credit given for the order amount.
Refunds or exchanges are not given for unwanted orders or incorrect sizing / colour choice. Please note the sizing & colour options on the product page  and your choice on the order form prior to finalizing your order.
