1. Do you ship worldwide?

   We certainly do! We regularly ship products around the world to customers as far as Australia & New Zealand. We are happy to ensure your order gets to you no matter in what part of the world you live. Customers in the USA are not subject to import duties on their orders.

2. How waterproof are your ID products?

   All of our products are 100% waterproof including the ID card kept inside. Unlike many competitors ID products, our ID's can be used whilst swimming in the pool or ocean and can withstand hours of immersion.

4. What size wristband will fit?

   The sizing recommendations for fitting of our Vital ID, Medical ID & Sport ID wristbands can be found on the corresponding product pages.  

5. Can I update the information my Vital ID contains?

   All of our ID products are supplied with two spare cards that allows you to update your information should your emergency contacts or medical details change. To update the product you simply discard the original ID card and complete and insert one of the the spare cards. Further spare cards can be obtained from the product pages.

6. How reflective are your ID products?

   All of our "Sports ID" products & Pet ID tag  feature genuine 3M Scotchlite® reflective material which provides excellent light reflective properties in low light conditions.

7. Can I use any pen to fill out my ID information?

   The ID cards are compatible with a wide range of pens types from permanent markers through to ball-point pens. However, for long-term retention and clarity of your ID information we recommend the use of an ultra-fine tipped permanent marker such as a Sharpie Ultra-fine.
