Now that winter is firmly upon us our thoughts inevitably turn to winter sports and great times to be had on the snowboard or skis. If you don't routinely wear a helmet when skiing or boarding and just thinks these are the domain of kids or those who are danger paranoid - it's time to reconsider!

A well fitted snow sport helmet is just as important as your boots, poles ski's and board and can offer significant protection to you when you inevitably fall (even the best of fall occasionally). Helmets are now becoming more mainstream and are available fairly cheaply in a number of comfortable and cool styles.
