Below we have provided some information relating to customized orders. This is outline information only. As each customization job is unique, it is advisable to contact us directly, so we can discuss your needs fully and provide you with the best advice and information.
Minimum order size – This is dependent on the product type but as an approximate guide, but minimum order for customized versions for any of our wristbands and shoe ID’s the minimum is 500 units. For customization of our Hard Hat ID’s the minimum is approximately 5,000 units.
Lead In Time – As a guide the time taken from approval of artwork to shipping of completed products is in the region of 6 – 8 weeks (production timelines maybe a little longer during our busy periods).
Customized Packaging Design – In addition to customizing the product we can also produce / design customized packaging displaying your own unique design or to branded our standard design with your company logo. We can design this for you or can accept print ready artwork from your own graphic designers.
Shipping, Taxes & Duties – We are happy to ship via your own courier account or organize shipping via reglaur tracked mail or via one of our chosen couriers. Please note that Canadian customers will be subject to appropriate taxes. Non-Canadian customers will not be charged taxes but will be responsible in paying any applicable import taxes and duties in their own countries.
